Full Stack Developer

Blue Hat HR is seeking an experienced and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our client s team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications across the entire software development lifecycle from front end user interfaces to back-end architecture and database management. This position requires fluency in both **Russian and English** to collaborate effectively with international teams, stakeholders, and technical documentation. Desired Candidate Profile

Must Have Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field Minimum 5 years of professional experience in full-stack software development Fluency in Russian and English (written and spoken) mandatory Strong proficiency in front end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/Type Script Hands-on experience with at least one modern fronted framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js) Solid back-end development experience with Node.js, Python/Django, Java/Spring Boot, or .NET Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) Proficiency in database design and management (SQL and/or No SQL) Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and Agile methodologies Nice to have Familiarity with Dev Ops practices and infrastructure-as-code Contributions to open-source projects or a strong technical portfolio Experience with micro services architecture and event-driven systems Experience working in multicultural, international environments preferred
