Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Requirements: Strong hands-on experience with: RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) Graph RAG AI Agents and Agentic AI systems MCP models and context protocols Experience with open-source LLMs such as Llama, Gemma, and Mistral. Experience with closed-source LLMs such as OpenAI GPT, Azure OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini. Strong expertise in Python programming for AI/ML development. Experience with prompt engineering, prompt tuning, and LLM fine-tuning techniques such as: PEFT LoRA QLoRA Strong understanding of NLP techniques including: Intent recognition Entity extraction Language modeling Text classification Question answering Text summarization Topic modeling Experience with Generative Models such as GANs, VAEs, and Transformers. Experience building and deploying scalable ML pipelines and production-grade AI systems. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional and multicultural teams.
