Job Description Roles & Responsibilities About the Role: We are seeking a motivated Graduate to join our Dubai office in an entry-level capacity. In this role, you will support various teams, contribute to project deliverables, and develop your professional skills in a dynamic, multicultural environment. You will gain exposure to corporate operations and collaborate with experienced colleagues to drive results. Responsibilities: Assist with research, data collection, and analysis to support project teams Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and documentation using Microsoft Office Collaborate with team members to brainstorm solutions and improve processes Communicate progress and updates to stakeholders clearly and professionally Manage daily tasks and priorities to meet deadlines Participate in meetings, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field 0–2 years of professional experience or relevant internships Strong written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration abilities Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Adaptable and able to manage change in a fast-paced environment Effective time management and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Preferred Qualifications: Internship or project experience in a corporate or consulting environment Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) Familiarity with basic data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI or Tableau) Fluency in Arabic or other additional languages Certification in time management or project management fundamentals (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2 Foundation) Company Industry Other Department / Functional Area Other Keywords Graduate Get real-time job updates only on our App
