Job Description Roles & Responsibilities 1. HR Department Leadership & Supervision Lead and manage the HR department, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Supervise HR Coordinators and support staff by assigning responsibilities and monitoring performance. Set departmental priorities, KPIs, and performance expectations. Ensure adherence to HR policies, timelines, and service standards. Act as the primary escalation point for HR-related operational matters before management intervention. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within HR operations. 2. Workforce HR Operations Oversee complete HR operations for: Bike Riders Car Drivers Corporate/White-Collar Employees Responsibilities include: Recruitment and onboarding Employee documentation and record management Visa and labor documentation coordination Medical insurance administration Leave management Attendance monitoring Employee lifecycle management Disciplinary actions and investigations Exit management and final settlements Ensure HR processes support uninterrupted business operations. 3. Compliance, Legal & MOHRE Oversight Ensure full compliance with UAE Labor Law. Oversee compliance with MOHRE regulations. Monitor WPS compliance and payroll governance. Ensure medical insurance compliance for all employees. Lead MOHRE inspections, audits, and investigations. Maintain accurate HR documentation for legal and compliance purposes. Implement HR policies aligned with UAE employment regulations. 4. Payroll & Attendance Coordination Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, including: Overtime Incentives Allowances Deductions Attendance records Validate payroll accuracy before submission. Resolve payroll discrepancies promptly. Ensure accurate attendance tracking through HRMS. 5. Performance Management Monitor and analyze operational KPIs including: Attendance Rate (AR) Compliance Rate (CR) Punctuality Productivity Absenteeism Support performance review cycles. Coach managers on performance improvement initiatives. Prepare workforce performance reports for senior management. 6. Employee Relations & Disciplinary Management Handle employee grievances professionally and confidentially. Conduct investigations into disciplinary matters. Issue warnings and disciplinary documentation. Maintain a fair and compliant disciplinary process. Foster positive employee engagement while maintaining operational discipline. 7. Accommodation & Transportation Management Oversee accommodation allocation and occupancy. Coordinate transportation logistics for operational staff. Ensure accommodation standards meet company requirements. Optimize transportation utilization and operational efficiency. 8. HR Reporting & Analytics Generate HR dashboards and reports. Analyze workforce trends and manpower requirements. Monitor headcount, attrition, productivity, and absenteeism. Present HR insights and recommendations to senior leadership. Utilize Excel and Google Sheets for advanced reporting and workforce analytics. 9. Process Improvement Identify opportunities to improve HR workflows. Standardize HR procedures across the organization. Enhance employee experience through process optimization. Support HR digital transformation initiatives. Desired Candidate Profile Required Skills Payroll coordination (OT, deductions, incentives) Performance KPI tracking (AR, CR, punctuality, productivity) Incident and disciplinary case management Accommodation and transportation coordination Advanced Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets proficiency HRMS and attendance management systems UAE Labor Law and MOHRE compliance HR reporting and workforce analytics Employee relations and grievance handling Recruitment and onboarding Performance management Documentation and record management Core Competencies Leadership & Supervision Strong leadership and people management skills. Ability to supervise HR Coordinators and operational teams. Capable of maintaining discipline while promoting employee engagement. Excellent stakeholder management skills. Problem Solving Strong analytical and decision-making abilities. Ability to resolve operational HR challenges under pressure. Workforce optimization and resource planning expertise. Operational Excellence Process-oriented mindset. High attention to detail. Strong organizational and planning skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively. Sense of urgency and accountability. Education Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, PHR, or equivalent) is an advantage. Experience 8–12 years of progressive HR experience. Minimum 3–5 years in an HR leadership or managerial role. Experience managing large operational workforces, preferably within logistics, transportation, delivery, or facilities management. Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and MOHRE regulations. Experience with HRMS, payroll coordination, and workforce management systems.
