Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of civil construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. Coordinate between site teams, subcontractors, and the main contractor to facilitate smooth workflow and resolve site issues promptly. Manage project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and site inspection records, maintaining accurate project history. Assist in the planning and scheduling of construction activities, identifying critical path items and potential delays.
