Manage end-to-end HR operations for assigned client(s): onboarding, records, policies and employee relations Advise on and support compliance with applicable labor regulations Support recruitment and performance management processes Maintain HR documentation and reporting Act as a point of contact for employee queries Competitive monthly compensation, paid for remote work with international clients Fully remote, flexible collaboration Desired Candidate Profile 4+ years in an HR Generalist or HR Manager role Strong communication and organizational skills Excellent written and spoken English Proficiency with HR systems and spreadsheets Comfortable supporting international or remote teams Experience supporting multiple clients or entities SHRM, CIPD or similar HR certification
