HR Manager

Lead HR operations: onboarding, records, policies, employee relations and offboarding Ensure compliance with Saudi labor law, Nitaqat/Saudization requirements and GOSI/Mudad processes Manage performance management and employee relations Coordinate with Government Relations on visas and iqamas Advise leadership on HR strategy and workforce planning Maintain HR policies and the employee handbook Competitive salary and benefits in line with KSA labor law Desired Candidate Profile 5+ years of HR Generalist/Manager experience, including at least 2 in Saudi Arabia Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law, Nitaqat, GOSI and Mudad Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Fluent Arabic and English Proficiency with HR systems HR certification (CIPD/SHRM) Experience in a Saudized workforce environment
