HR Manager

Lead HR operations: onboarding, records, policies, employee relations and offboarding Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and WPS requirements Manage performance review and disciplinary processes Oversee coordination of visa and labor card processing Advise leadership on HR strategy and workforce planning Maintain HR policies and the employee handbook Competitive salary and benefits in line with UAE labor law Desired Candidate Profile 5+ years of HR Generalist/Manager experience, including at least 2 in the UAE Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, MOHRE processes and WPS Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Proficiency with HR systems Fluent English (Arabic a plus) HR certification (CIPD/SHRM) Experience managing a multinational workforce
