Jadra, Lebanon Work Mode: On-site Working Days: Monday to Saturday We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our HR function, support business objectives, and ensure effective people management and compliance with Lebanese labor regulations. Key Responsibilities Manage recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning. Oversee payroll coordination, compensation and benefits, and employee records. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and performance management systems. Ensure compliance with Lebanese Labor Law and NSSF regulations. Manage employee relations, training, and development. Drive organizational development and continuous improvement of HR operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of Lebanese Labor Law and NSSF regulations. Knowledge of HRIS platforms and HR digitalization. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office.
