Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management, providing insights on organizational structure, culture, and employee needs.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; a Master's degree is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a managerial role within a medium to large organization. Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) to validate expertise in human resources practices and principles. Experience in a specific industry (e.g., technology, healthcare, manufacturing) to bring relevant insights and best practices. Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is highly desirable to cater to diverse workforce needs. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance requirements to navigate legal landscapes effectively. Proficiency in HRIS software and data analysis tools to streamline processes and make informed decisions. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with employees at all levels. Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on coaching and developing team members for success.
