Inside Sales Executive

AnywhereJobs is an international recruitment and workforce placement company supplying skilled and blue-collar manpower to employers across the UAE and GCC in transport, logistics, construction and facility management. We are hiring an Inside Sales Executive for our Dubai office to win and grow corporate clients locally.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify companies in the UAE and GCC, from mid-size firms to large brands, through LinkedIn, email, calls and client meetings
• Use your existing network to book meetings with HR heads, procurement and operations leaders
• Hold regular conversations with clients to understand their blue-collar hiring needs and keep requirements flowing
• Pitch our staffing and placement solutions, prepare proposals, negotiate terms and close deals
• Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure client requirements are delivered on time
• Maintain an accurate pipeline in CRM and share regular forecasts and reports
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Desired Candidate Profile 2-4 years of B2B sales experience in recruitment, staffing or manpower supply, based in the UAE/GCC. Strong existing network with HR and hiring decision-makers in UAE companies
• Good understanding of blue-collar hiring (drivers, labour, technicians, facility staff)
• Proven track record of closing clients and managing long-term accounts
• Hands-on with CRM and prospecting tools (Zoho CRM, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo io, Lusha or similar)
• Excellent English communication; Arabic is a plus
• Currently based in the UAE preferred
