Job Overview
Develop IT strategy that is aligned to the business and corporate strategies with an aim to leverage synergies among business processes. Optimize IT operations and expenditures to harness the power of IT and add value to business and respective IT users. Ensure IT systems and network availability as well as data accessibility and security.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent. ITIL best practices framework certification or equivalent. Professional Experience (minimum) 10-15 years of experience. 5 years as an IT manager. Certified ITIL Service Delivery Manager or Service Support Manager or equivalent (IT Service Management discipline) Other IT certifications is a bonus Employment Type Full-time
