Jr Mechanical Engineer

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Support mechanical works for new store openings, renovations, and refurbishment projects. Monitor and maintain HVAC, drainage systems, cold rooms, and fire fighting. Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical equipment and utilities. Conduct site inspections and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors. Support commissioning, handover, and project implementation activities. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, engineering standards, and local authority requirements. Prepare maintenance reports, technical documentation, BOQs, and project status updates. Monitor energy efficiency initiatives and equipment performance. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, facility management, MEP, construction, or related fields. Fresh graduates with strong academic records may also be considered.
