Key Account Executive
Job Overview
Proactively engage and assist customers through all communication means – inclusive of email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and face-to-face meetings. Act as the key interface between the customer (account stakeholders) and all relevant Dulsco divisions. Track and forecast account metrics and apply them to development of sales strategy. Write business plans to provide growth prospecting focus. Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders. Monitor and analyze customers’ use of DULSCO, broken down by sector and service. Use this information to target growth and capitalize on market trends. Compile tenders and quotations as required. Refer all large value opportunities to the team and act as the technical input advisory lead. Work closely with operations and HR/CRT to ensure that Dulsco delivers and maintains exceptional client mobilization and service. Support AR collection by applying pressure through existing relationships for resolution of late payments. Actively pursue and assume direct responsibility for AR collection in the period of 30–60-days DSOs. Support finance as necessary to ensure timely and accurate invoice submission, maintenance of SOA and short payment resolution. Advise operations and finance to ensure that account management is kept in line with commercial terms. Safeguard the timely and proactive renewal of contracts to limit commercial exposure. Monitor contractual terms to provide advice on contract renewals, updating of client trade licenses, POA and authorized signatories. Pursue initiatives to reduce payment lag and support healthy cash flow/working capital outcomes. Promote e-billing and online payment across all customers.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field. 25+ years of experience in handling Key Accounts, Business Development, or Client Relationship Management. Experience managing corporate or enterprise-level accounts. Background in workforce solutions, outsourcing, facilities management, recruitment, or related service industries would be preferred. Experience handling client onboarding, contract renewals, negotiations, and retention activities. Exposure to tender preparation, quotations, and commercial proposals. Experience working with cross-functional teams including Operations, HR, Finance, and Sales. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills. Strong negotiation and influencing skills. Knowledge of UAE business practices and commercial regulations. Employment Type Full-time
