Proven experience managing a sales/lead conversion team. Strong understanding of lead funnels, CRM and conversion metrics. Experience managing Receptionists, Patient Coordinators or similar front-office teams. Strong sales, negotiation and closing skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and reporting abilities. Target-driven, proactive and commercially minded. Professional and polished personality suitable for a premium clinic environment. UAE/Dubai healthcare experience is mandatory. Desired Candidate Profile 4–6+ years of experience in sales, lead management, patient coordination, business development or clinic management. Previous experience in aesthetic, dermatology, wellness, longevity, dental or premium healthcare clinics is preferred. Employment Type Full-time
