Marketing Manager

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Lead marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and market share. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities. Develop strategies to promote flour and related products across B2B and B2C markets. Manage branding, advertising, digital marketing, and promotional activities. Work closely with sales and business development teams to generate leads and support revenue growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and business partners. Monitor marketing budgets, campaign performance, and ROI. Lead and manage the marketing team to achieve departmental targets. Identify market trends and recommend strategies to strengthen the company's competitive position.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 5 years of experience in a Marketing Manager or senior marketing leadership role. Flour milling industry experience is mandatory or F&B. Previous UAE work experience is a must. Strong understanding of the UAE flour, food manufacturing, and FMCG markets. Proven track record in developing and implementing marketing strategies. Experience in B2B marketing, brand management, market positioning, and business development. Strong knowledge of market research, competitor analysis, and customer engagement. Experience managing marketing budgets, campaigns, and promotional activities. Ability to identify new market opportunities and drive business growth. Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills. Candidates must be willing to work in Ajman, UAE. Salary Budget: Maximum AED 20,000 per month. Working Schedule: 5 days a week, 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM. Employment Type Full-time
