Media Sales Manager Job Title: Media Sales Manager – Outdoor Media Advertising (OOH) SALARY PLUS COMMISSION & OTHER BENEFITS- JOB ROLE - Responsible for driving advertising revenue through the sale of outdoor media assets. The role involves managing key clients, leading the sales team, developing new business, and achieving monthly and annual revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team
• Identify and acquire new clients, agencies, brands, and corporate accounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with advertising agencies and direct clients
• Sell OOH media packages across UAE locations and formats
• Prepare quotations, proposals, media plans, presentations, and commercial offers
• Negotiate rates, contracts, annual deals, rebates, and payment terms
• Manage key accounts and ensure repeat business
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and advertising demand
• Coordinate with operations, production, finance, and media teams for campaign execution
• Ensure timely collection of payments and follow up on outstanding receivables
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts
• Explore new locations, clients, sectors, and revenue opportunities
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and profitability objectives

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience in advertising/media sales. Strong UAE market and client/agency network. Proven record of achieving sales targets. UAE driving licence preferred Employment Type Full-time
