N8N Automation Engineer

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are partnering to identify a senior N8N Automation Engineer to integrate with a Dubai based organisation. The role emphasizes crafting resilient n8n workflows that streamline HR lifecycle tasks, building AI-assisted agents, and maintaining governance across the automation environment. It combines practical integration work with strategic governance oversight and cross-system orchestration. Key Responsibilities Create and operate production-grade n8n workflows for HR processes covering eligibility checks, multi-stage approvals, SLA tracking, document workflows, alerts, and exception routing. Design and tune an AI-driven conversational agent with multilingual support, including prompt design, knowledge ingestion, and robust retrieval methods. Deploy a centralized business rules engine to enforce HR policies before transactions proceed. Link the n8n layer with Oracle EBS HRMS, NestJS services, and external verification systems to form a seamless end-to-end workflow. Institute AI governance practices with versioned prompts, lifecycle auditing, validation tests, and mechanisms to capture user feedback. Develop test frameworks that validate workflows and AI outputs against acceptance criteria validated by CLIENT. Contribute to the AI Agent 2.0 program with enhancements to workflows and AI pipelines aligned to CLIENT guidance. Participate in agile ceremonies, report progress regularly, and support stakeholder communications. Requirements Experience designing and deploying production-grade n8n workflows with complex, conditional logic Proficiency in LangChain for RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and retrieval optimization LLM integration via Azure OpenAI / GPT-4o or comparable platforms RESTful integration across enterprise multi-system landscapes Bilingual capability in Arabic and English for AI interactions Strong AI governance focus hallucination risk management, explainability, and model versioning Other Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
