Offshore Construction Manager

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Manage and supervise all construction activities on site. Ensure compliance with ADNOC HSE, quality, and construction standards. Coordinate with engineering, planning, QA/QC, procurement, and subcontractors. Monitor project progress, manpower, equipment, and productivity. Lead site meetings and liaise with ADNOC representatives. Resolve construction issues and ensure timely project delivery. Prepare construction progress reports and support project close-out. Desired Candidate Profile Job Purpose Lead and manage all offshore construction activities, ensuring safe, timely, and quality execution in accordance with ADNOC standards, project specifications, and contractual requirements. Strong leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of ADNOC standards, PTW, SIMOPS, and offshore construction practices. Proficient in construction planning, HSE, quality, and multidisciplinary project execution.
