Job Description Roles & Responsibilities The Product Development team is responsible for developing and implementing innovative insurance products, leveraging data analytics and actuarial expertise to assess risk and ensure profitability. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, they analyze market trends and customer needs to create solutions that meet regulatory standards and enhance customer satisfaction. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 8 10 years of experience in Pricing Actuarial Function. Fluent in English and Arabic. Excellent communication and documentation writeups skills. Advance level of Excel, Power Pivot and Power BI. Familiar with Alteryx software and python coding. Excellent presentation skills. High analytical skills to interpret data and support decision-making. Excellent team player with strong collaboration skills across departments. Agile mindset with the ability to adapt to change and drive continuous improvement. Strategic thinking capability to align team objectives with organizational goals.
