Planning Engineer - facade

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Develop and manage project schedules using project management software, which includes Primavera P6, Power BI and Microsoft Planner. Prepare Project Charter, WBS, KPI’s, Risk & Opportunity Registers for the Projects. Identify and mitigate potential schedule risks and issues. Conduct regular schedule reviews to monitor project progress and ensure that work is completed on time. Prepare and submit progress reports on a weekly basis. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure that materials and services are available when needed. Provide guidance and support to project team members on scheduling matters. Draft formal communications in relation to Project Progress. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field. Minimum of 5 years of experience specifically in facade planning and construction within the building industry. Proven proficiency in Primavera P6 or similar advanced scheduling software, with a strong understanding of its application to complex facade systems. Demonstrated experience in risk management and mitigation strategies tailored to facade projects.
