Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Construction Planning Develop tender, baseline, and detailed project schedules using Primavera P6. Prepare Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), project calendars, activity coding, and project logic. Develop resource-loaded and cost-loaded schedules. Prepare procurement, engineering, shop drawing, material approval, and construction programmes. Monitor project progress against approved baseline schedules. Prepare weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly progress reports. Generate S-Curves, histograms, dashboards, and KPI reports. Prepare look-ahead programmes (2-week, 4-week, and monthly). Identify schedule risks and recommend mitigation measures. Prepare recovery and acceleration programmes when required. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure programme compliance. Delay Analysis & Claims Perform critical path and delay analysis. Prepare Extension of Time (EOT) claims with supporting documentation. Conduct Time Impact Analysis (TIA). Evaluate project delays, disruptions, and variations. Maintain planning records to support contractual claims. Coordinate with commercial and contracts teams for claim submissions. Ensure compliance with FIDIC contract requirements. Facilities Management Planning Prepare annual and preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules. Develop maintenance plans for Hard FM services. Monitor SLA and KPI compliance. Coordinate shutdown activities and planned maintenance. Support CAFM/CMMS implementation and maintenance planning. Prepare resource planning and maintenance reports. Monitor maintenance performance and recommend operational improvements. Reporting & Coordination Attend client, consultant, and internal progress meetings. Prepare executive dashboards and management reports. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, QA/QC, commercial, and site teams. Track procurement and material delivery schedules. Monitor manpower deployment and productivity. Desired Candidate Profile Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline. Primavera P6 Professional Certification is preferred. PMP certification is an added advantage. Minimum 10–15 years of experience in project planning and scheduling. Minimum 5 years of GCC/UAE experience. Proven experience with main contractors or leading construction companies. Hands-on experience in Facilities Management planning is essential. Experience in high-rise towers, residential and commercial buildings, villas, hotels, and mixed-use developments. Strong experience in baseline programme preparation through project completion. Demonstrated expertise in delay analysis, Time Impact Analysis (TIA), and EOT claim preparation.
