Procurement Excellence Manager

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Lead procurement excellence initiatives by developing and implementing best practices, standardizing procurement processes, driving cost optimization, enhancing supplier performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies to support department infrastructure and EPC projects. Develop and implement procurement excellence strategies, policies, and governance. Standardize procurement processes, procedures, and documentation across projects. Drive cost-saving and value engineering initiatives. Monitor procurement KPIs and prepare performance dashboards and reports. Lead continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives within procurement. Manage supplier performance, vendor evaluations, and procurement audits. Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual requirements, and applicable regulations. Support strategic sourcing, category management, and procurement planning. Collaborate with project, engineering, finance, and commercial teams to optimize procurement outcomes. Identify and mitigate procurement risks while ensuring supply continuity. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage). 15+ years of procurement experience, with at least 5 years in procurement excellence, strategic sourcing, or procurement transformation within EPC, infrastructure, construction, or oil & gas industries. Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, category management, supplier relationship management, and contract administration. Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and procurement analytics.
