Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Plan and lead oil production operations across all offshore fields. Develop and manage production plans and schedules to ensure efficient resource utilization. Monitor and analyze daily production reports, ensuring targets are consistently achieved. Coordinate annual production budgets and implement effective cost control measures. Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency and reliability. Manage contractors and enforce compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards. Oversee emergency response activities and supervise corrective maintenance operations. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to oil production and environmental standards. Prepare and present production performance reports to senior management and stakeholders. Drive initiatives for technological upgrades and digitalization to optimize production efficiency and reduce downtime.
