Project Engineer (Fit out Industry )

Plan and supervise daily site activities. Coordinate with the Project Manager, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. Review drawings, shop drawings, and project specifications. Coordinate architectural, civil, joinery, ceiling, flooring, painting, glass, and MEP works. Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed as per schedule. Conduct site inspections and ensure quality of workmanship. Prepare RFIs, inspection requests, site reports, and other project documentation. Coordinate material requirements, approvals, and deliveries. Identify and resolve technical and site issues. Monitor subcontractor performance and manpower. Ensure compliance with HSE requirements. Assist with snagging, rectification, testing, and project handover.

Desired Candidate Profile

Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction. Good knowledge of architectural and MEP drawings. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and Excel. Strong communication and coordination skills. Good problem-solving and site management abilities. UAE experience is preferred. Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines. Employment Type Full-time
