Project Manager – Interior Fit-Out

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced and highly technical Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior fit-out execution, with extensive site experience, excellent technical knowledge, and the ability to manage projects from project award through to successful handover. Key Responsibilities Manage interior fit-out projects from project award to final handover. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and execution strategies. Oversee daily site activities and ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule and budget. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and company procedures. Review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and other technical documentation. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure the highest standard of workmanship. Prepare progress reports and attend project meetings. Desired Candidate Profile Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in Interior Fit-Out (mandatory). Proven experience managing commercial, retail, hospitality, or residential fit-out projects. Strong technical knowledge of interior finishes, fixing methods, construction methodologies, and fit-out materials. Excellent project planning, scheduling, coordination, and execution skills. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical details. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6 (preferred), AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office. Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
