Property Consultant

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are looking for ambitious, self-motivated and results-driven Property Consultants to drive sales growth across Dubai's Off-Plan, Secondary Market, Luxury Residential, Commercial and Industrial property sectors. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Business Development Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, prospecting and marketing initiatives. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of buyers, sellers, landlords and investors. Sales & Leasing Market and sell Off-Plan, Secondary Market, Luxury Residential, Commercial and Industrial properties. Conduct property viewings and client presentations. Negotiate and successfully close transactions. Market Knowledge & Reporting Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing, developer launches and investment opportunities. Maintain accurate CRM records. Prepare regular sales and pipeline reports. Internal Coordination Coordinate with marketing, administration, legal and finance teams to ensure smooth transaction execution. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience. UAE real estate experience preferred. Proven sales, negotiation and closing ability. Strong sales professionals from banking, wealth management, insurance, automotive, luxury retail and investment advisory are encouraged to apply. Must hold a valid RERA Broker Card. UAE Driving Licence and own vehicle preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent negotiation and closing ability. Target-driven and self-motivated. Strong customer relationship management skills. CRM proficiency.
