Job Overview
- Prepare take-offs, BOQs and cost estimates under senior QS guidance. ● Assist with interim payment certificates (IPCs) and subcontractor valuations. ● Support variation and claim preparation and tracking. ● Maintain accurate measurement and cost records. ● Coordinate with site teams to verify quantities and progress. Desired Candidate Profile ● 5+ years UAE/GCC experience in quantity surveying within civil contracting. ● Working knowledge of BOQ preparation and valuations. ● Proficiency in take-off and measurement software. ● Good communication and coordination skills. ● Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or a related field.
