Quantity Surveyor – Interior Fit-Out

• Prepare detailed take-offs and BOQs for interior fit-out packages. ● Prepare cost estimates for joinery, finishes, FF&E and MEP interface works. ● Manage interim payment certificates (IPCs) and subcontractor valuations. ● Review and negotiate variations with clients and subcontractors. ● Coordinate with designers, site teams and vendors on cost matters. Desired Candidate Profile ● 5+ years UAE/GCC experience in quantity surveying within interior fit-out. ● Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation and cost analysis for fit-out packages. ● Experience coordinating with designers, contractors and vendors. ● Proficiency in take-off and measurement software. ● Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or a related field.
