Real Estate Sales Executive

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Executive with strong knowledge of the UAE property market and proven experience in property leasing. Roles & Responsibilities Handle leasing of residential and commercial properties across the UAE. Generate and develop new tenant leads through various sales channels. Manage tenant inquiries and understand their property requirements. Arrange and conduct property viewings with prospective tenants. Follow up with prospective tenants and convert inquiries into successful leases. Negotiate rental prices and leasing terms with tenants. Prepare and coordinate tenancy-related documentation. Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants. Maintain updated records of available properties, leads, viewings, and leasing transactions. Coordinate with the relevant internal teams to ensure smooth completion of leasing transactions. Stay updated on UAE property market conditions, rental rates, and available properties. Achieve assigned monthly and annual leasing targets. Work independently and contribute to the overall sales and leasing objectives of the company.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements 1–3 years of proven experience in UAE real estate sales/leasing. Strong knowledge of the UAE property market. Experience in dealing with tenants and closing leasing transactions. Strong knowledge of Freehold and Non-Freehold areas. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong client relationship and follow-up skills. Target-oriented and able to work independently. Any Bachelor's degree is preferred. Employment Type Full-time
