Regional Retail Manager

Develop and execute regional retail sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets. Manage relationships with all regional key retail chains and modern trade partners. Negotiate annual agreements, promotions, pricing, and product listings. Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities. Lead and support sales teams to deliver business objectives. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports. Report and co-ordinate activity with CEO.

Desired Candidate Profile

Masters's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 7+ years of Similar or food industry sales experience. · Proven track record in managing hypermarket and supermarket accounts across multiple markets, with strong expertise in B2B sales and in-store bakery category development Strong commercial negotiation, leadership, and relationship management skills. Willingness to travel across regional markets. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Packages (outlook, excel, PowerPoint, etc), CRM. Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory. Employment Type Full-time
