Relationship Manager

Manage day-to-day relationships with beneficiaries and guardians Receive, document, and follow up on beneficiary requests through approved systems Coordinate with relevant internal teams to ensure timely execution Maintain accurate beneficiary records and ensure a high standard of service

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; an MBA is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in client-facing roles within the financial services or technology industry. Certification in Relationship Management or relevant financial certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP) is highly desirable.
