Retail Sales Executive

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities To promote and sell products, assist customers in their purchasing decisions, and ensure an excellent shopping experience while achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products. Achieve individual and store sales targets. Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage to customers. Maintain product displays and ensure merchandise is presented attractively. Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS operations accurately. Monitor stock levels and report replenishment requirements. Assist in receiving, arranging, and inventory management of products. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and customer service standards. Requirements High School Diploma or Bachelor s degree preferred. 1 to 3 years of experience in retail sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused with a positive attitude. Basic computer and POS system knowledge. Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays if required. Skills & Competencies Sales and negotiation skills. Customer service orientation.
