Rider Coordinator (Delivery Fleet)

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Manage daily shift rosters, attendance, and route assignments for a fleet of 200+ delivery riders (scaling to 1,000+). Monitor daily delivery metrics, order fulfillment rates, and delivery times. Identify underperforming riders and implement coaching or corrective actions. Coordinate with the HR and PRO teams to seamlessly onboard new riders, ensuring they are thoroughly trained on navigation, customer service, safety standards, and company app protocols. Act as the first point of contact for riders facing on-road issues, customer disputes, delivery app glitches, or motorcycle maintenance needs. Build strong relationships with the rider community to keep morale high, minimize turnover, and resolve internal grievances. Maintain precise daily, weekly, and monthly reports on fleet performance, active rider counts, and delivery efficiency for senior management. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 2 years of direct experience as a Rider Coordinator / Fleet Coordinator in the UAE last-mile delivery sector. Candidate must come directly from a last-mile delivery company, logistics aggregator, or courier services industry. Exceptional, hands-on knowledge of UAE roads, major communities, and delivery hotspots (Dubai & Sharjah). Strong familiarity with delivery rider apps, GPS tracking portals, fleet management software, and MS Excel for data tracking. Strong command of English (written and spoken). Fluency in Urdu, Hindi, or Malayalam is highly advantageous. Arabic language skills are a strong plus. Confident, firm, and authoritative, yet empathetic leadership style.
