Enquiry Registration in Oracle System – daily logs. Routing out RFT/RFQ/EOI to various suppliers to gather offers on daily basis Downloading enquiries (client portal, etc) Tender preparation & offer submission on or before the closing date Mesc code checking Sales order registration Item Code creation Creating new supplier online thru Oracle System – new supplier for all sales person Customer creation form for all new customers Update bank details and new information for supplier master – all sales person Daily updates for all closing date to Oracle system Correspond with suppliers and customers as instructed by Sales either by email or thru ADNOC portals Any other task assigns from time to time
