Sales Advisor-Arabic Speaker

Welcome customers and understand their needs and preferences. Provide professional product information and recommendations. Achieve individual and team sales targets. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally. Maintain product displays, stock levels, and store cleanliness. Process sales transactions and payments accurately. Upsell and cross-sell products where appropriate. Monitor inventory and report low-stock or damaged items. Support promotions, product launches, and in-store activities. Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat business. Follow company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards. Prepare sales reports and assist with daily store operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude. Ability to work toward and achieve sales targets. Good product knowledge and willingness to learn. Basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) skills.
