Sales and Leasing Officer

Deal Generation: Manage the end-to-end process of leasing and selling residential/commercial properties across premium areas in Abu Dhabi. Client Advisory: Conduct property viewings, present property details professionally, and offer expert market advice to potential buyers and tenants. Negotiation & Closing: Structure and negotiate competitive lease agreements and sales contracts to close deals efficiently. Lead Management: Promptly follow up on marketing leads, cold call potential clients, and expand your personal network of property owners and seekers. Listing Management: Coordinate with our marketing team to ensure properties are listed accurately with high-quality descriptions and visuals. Desired Candidate Profile

Experience

Minimum 1–2 years of active real estate experience within the UAE is strictly required (Abu Dhabi or UAE market experience is heavily preferred). Age: Must be under 40 years of age.

Skills

• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills with a proven track record of hitting monthly targets
• Language: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (Hindi, Urdu, Arabic or other language skills are a significant advantage)
• Driving License: Valid UAE Driving License or access to your own vehicle is advantage for property viewings
