Sales Application Engineer – HVAC/MEP

We are seeking a qualified and dynamic Sales Application Engineer with 3–4 years of experience in HVAC/MEP systems. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, identifying and acquiring customers, managing project sales, and handling technical application activities, including product selection, sizing, and preparation of technical and commercial proposals. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new customers, business opportunities, and HVAC/MEP project leads in the Dubai market. Build and maintain relationships with MEP contractors, consultants, developers, distributors, and end users to generate business. Promote and sell HVAC products and solutions, including Split AC, Ducted AC, VRF/VRV, and related systems. Visit customers and project sites to understand requirements, identify opportunities, and develop suitable technical solutions. Review project specifications, BOQs, drawings, and equipment schedules to determine appropriate product applications. Perform technical product selection, equipment sizing, and application calculations based on project requirements. Prepare and submit technical proposals, product selections, compliance statements, quotations, and tender documents. Negotiate with customers, follow up on inquiries and quotations, and convert opportunities into confirmed orders. Coordinate with internal technical, commercial, and procurement teams to ensure accurate proposals and timely order execution. Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and upcoming projects to expand the customer base and achieve sales targets. Desired Candidate Profile 3–4 years of experience in HVAC/MEP sales and technical application engineering. Bachelor of Technology/Engineering or a 3-year Engineering Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, or a related field. Strong technical knowledge of HVAC products, applications, product selection, and equipment sizing. Proven ability to generate new customers, develop project leads, and achieve sales targets. Experience preparing technical submittals, quotations, compliance sheets, and tender documents. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and project specifications. Good knowledge of the Dubai HVAC/MEP market and established relationships with contractors and consultants will be an advantage. Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship management skills. Employment Type Full-time
