Sales Coordinator - FEMALE

Convert inquiries and leads into enrollments for professional certifications, language courses, diploma, and vocational training programs. Generate new leads through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, cold calling, and other sales activities. Develop corporate business by approaching HR and Learning & Development (L&D) managers to promote customized group training solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients. Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment (seat) and revenue targets. Follow up with prospective students and corporate clients to maximize conversions. Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions.

Desired Candidate Profile

Mandatory: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a Training Center or Distance Education Center. Experience in education sales, admissions, telesales, or corporate training sales. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills. Target-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales goals. Knowledge of the UAE market will be an added advantage.
