Sales Coordinator - Furniture Manufacturing (Immediate)

Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the Sales Team, Sales Manager, and Commercial Director. Prepare, review, and follow up on quotations, proposals, and commercial offers. Process sales orders and ensure all details are accurately entered into the ERP system (Infor). Coordinate with internal departments, including Estimation, Design, Production, Procurement, and Logistics. Follow up on project progress, production schedules, and delivery timelines. Ensure customer requirements, specifications, and order details are communicated accurately to the relevant departments. Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, order trackers, and other sales documentation. Follow up with clients regarding quotations, purchase orders, order confirmations, and delivery schedules. Assist the sales team in monitoring pending orders and ensuring timely execution. Handle customer inquiries and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve any issues. Support the preparation of sales presentations, reports, and other commercial documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in a Sales Coordinator or Sales Support role. Experience in the furniture manufacturing, joinery, interior fit-out, or construction industry is preferred. Previous experience working with ERP systems is essential; knowledge of Infor ERP is highly preferred. Good understanding of quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, and order processing. Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to liaise with multiple departments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks. Good written and verbal communication skills in English. Employment Type Full-time
