Sales Reports To: Sales Head Job Summary The sales Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the sales team to ensure smooth sales processes and excellent customer service. The role involves managing customer inquiries, preparing sales quotes, maintaining sales records, preparing reports, coordinating with internal departments, and supporting sales activities to help achieve business targets. Key Responsibilities Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks. Process customer quotations and sales documentation accurately. Maintain and update customer records, sales databases, and CRM systems. Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt responses regarding products, orders, and services. Prepare sales reports. Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team. Prepare contracts, proposals, and other sales-related documents. Ensure proper filing and documentation of sales records. Prepare comprehensive product documentation and coordinate with customers to obtain formal approval for project requirements and specifications.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in sales support, sales coordination, or customer service. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word). Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central software is preferred. Required Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
