SALES CUM OPERATIONS FREIGHT FORWARDING LOGISTICS / IMPORT /EXPORT

We are looking for an experienced Sales Cum Operations Executive with strong knowledge of Freight Forwarding, Customs Clearance and Road Transportation in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business and maintain strong customer relationships
• Handle Sea, Air & Road Freight, Import/Export and Customs Clearance
• Manage end-to-end shipment operations from booking to final delivery
• Arrange local transportation, container movements, trailers, pickups and deliveries
• Coordinate with transport companies, drivers, shipping lines, airlines and service providers
• Maintain strong relationships with reliable transporters and logistics service providers in Dubai/UAE. Negotiate competitive transportation rates and ensure cost-effective operations
• Handle customs documentation, declarations, inspections, approvals and shipment releases
• Resolve operational issues and ensure timely delivery
• Ensure compliance with UAE Customs and transportation requirements
• Desired Candidate Profile 3+ years of experience in Freight Forwarding & Logistics in Dubai/UAE. Strong practical knowledge of Dubai Customs Clearance
• Good experience in UAE road transportation and container movement
• Existing relationships with transporters/service providers will be a strong advantage
• Good customer network and business development skills
• Strong negotiation, coordination and communication skills
• UAE driving licence is an advantage
