Sales Engineer – Waterproofing & Construction Chemicals

We are hiring an experienced, technically strong Sales Engineer to grow trading sales, close deals and meet monthly and annual targets, including collection of payments. Generate and close sales of waterproofing and construction chemical products to contractors, consultants, developers and applicators. Meet and exceed assigned monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets. Follow up on receivables and ensure timely collection of payments within agreed credit terms. Provide technical product guidance: system selection, material take-offs, data sheets and application advice. Prepare quotations, tenders and BOQ-based offers, and negotiate commercial terms. Build and maintain a pipeline of active clients and new leads; conduct site and client visits. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for orders, deliveries and documentation. Maintain accurate records of enquiries, quotations, orders and collections, and submit regular sales and outstanding reports. Desired Candidate Profile 3 to 10 years of sales experience in waterproofing, construction chemicals or building materials in the UAE. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering or a related field. Strong technical knowledge of waterproofing systems (membranes, cementitious, liquid-applied, PU, epoxy, etc.). Proven track record of achieving sales targets and collecting payments. Well-organized, disciplined and detail-oriented, with strong follow-up and reporting habits. Good negotiation, communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic or Hindi is an advantage. Existing contractor and consultant network in Abu Dhabi/UAE is a strong advantage. Valid UAE driving license preferred. Employment Type Full-time
