Sales Executive - Mortgages

We are looking to hire an experienced Mortgage Sales Manager to lead, motivate, and grow our mortgage advisory team. This is a target-driven leadership role where you will be responsible for driving sales performance, achieving revenue goals, and ensuring outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and motivate a team of mortgage advisors to exceed sales targets. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive new business and maximize profitability. Monitor team performance, set KPIs, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members. Foster a high-performance culture focused on results, accountability, and customer satisfaction. Work closely with senior management to align team goals with business strategy.
