Sales Executive Field Sales

Main Job Requirements Minimum 3+ years UAE sales experience in the fit-out and signage industry. Strong knowledge of signboards, signage, kiosks, exhibition stands, displays, and branding solutions. Existing UAE customer/client network highly preferred. Proven track record in business development and target achievement. Strong UAE market knowledge. Experience in field sales and client visits. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory). English fluency required. Arabic language skills are an advantage. Ability to coordinate with design, production, and operations teams. Key Responsibilities Generate new business through client visits, networking, referrals, and cold calling. Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, designers, and corporate clients. Promote fit-out, signage, exhibition, branding, and display solutions. Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals. Negotiate pricing and commercial terms. Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams. Track project progress and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain sales pipelines, reports, and customer records. Identify opportunities across retail, hospitality, F&B, corporate, exhibition, and construction sectors.
