Sales Man

Identify and approach new customers, including supermarkets, groceries, pharmacies, wholesalers, and other relevant outlets. Conduct regular customer visits, present products, and secure orders. Achieve monthly sales targets and increase sales within the assigned territory. Maintain relationships with existing customers and encourage repeat orders. Prepare quotations and negotiate within approved pricing and payment terms. Coordinate with the warehouse and delivery team to ensure orders reach customers on time. Follow up on outstanding payments and support collections. Monitor product availability, shelf visibility, competitor pricing, and market opportunities. Submit daily visit reports, sales updates, and customer feedback. Handle customer enquiries and coordinate the resolution of complaints.

Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone with: A valid UAE driving licence — this is a must. Previous outdoor sales experience, preferably in UAE FMCG, food and beverages, personal care, or consumer goods distribution. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills. Knowledge of UAE retail outlets and sales routes. The ability to work independently, organise daily visits, and consistently follow up with customers.
