Sales Manager- Power Solution

Define and execute regional and sector-specific sales strategies for power system software solutions. Mentor and lead sales, pre-sales, and business development teams. Manage alliances with OEMs, consultants, and channel partners. Build high-performance teams with strong technical-sales capabilities Lead high-value enterprise sales of software solution PowerTech/PTW solutions for: Power generation (thermal, hydro, nuclear, renewables) Transmission & distribution utilities Smart grid and grid modernization projects Industrial power systems and infrastructure projects Manage end-to-end sales cycles, including solution positioning, technical-commercial proposals, negotiations, and closures. Drive new market entry and account expansion in power development and infrastructure sectors. Desired Candidate Profile 10 to 15 years of experience in sales and business development of power system software solutions in UAE / DUBAI. Proven expertise in selling PowerTech solutions to power sector clients. Strong understanding of: Power system planning, protection, and grid operation Utility regulatory and compliance frameworks Experience working with utilities, EPCs, IPPs, regulators, and large industrial clients. Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering (Masters/MBA preferred. Should be Arabic national and should have good command over Arabic language. Should have excellent contacts and repo with utiliteis sector/ Govt in UAE / Dubai
