Sales Manager B2B

Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets. Drive sales of wheat flour and related products across various market segments. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Leverage an established customer network to generate new business opportunities. Identify and develop new markets, customers, traders, and distribution channels. Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, and contracts with key accounts. Manage sales pipelines, customer accounts, and sales forecasts. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements. Lead and manage the sales team to achieve business objectives. Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 5 years of experience in a Sales Manager or senior B2B sales role. Direct experience in B2B sales within the wheat flour business is mandatory. UAE market experience is a must. Must have an extensive and established customer network in the UAE. Strong existing relationships with: Automatic and industrial bakeries. In-store and European-standard bakeries. Tandoor bakeries. Catering companies and food industries. Asian restaurants. Traders and distributors. Animal feed factories and animal feed traders. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business. Strong knowledge of wheat flour products, flour milling operations, and market dynamics. Experience in key account management, pricing negotiations, and distributor management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and business development skills. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Nationality: Open to all nationalities.
