Sales Manager

You will lead the sales process from initial enquiry to signed contract, build strong client relationships and develop a healthy pipeline. This role suits a commercially minded sales professional with a proven ability to close business in the UAE market. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets. Convert inbound enquiries into signed contracts through effective consultation and follow-up. Generate new business through referrals, partnerships and other sales channels. Work with internal teams to prepare accurate proposals that reflect client requirements and protect project margins. Ensure a clear handover of confirmed projects to the delivery team. Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates and weekly sales forecasts. Provide feedback on lead quality to support marketing effectiveness.

Desired Candidate Profile

At least 10 years of sales experience within UAE interiors, renovation or real estate. A proven track record of meeting revenue targets and closing sales. Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills. A disciplined approach to CRM management and sales forecasting. The ability to balance revenue growth with profitability and client expectations.
