Sales Operations Manager

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in operations management, sales analysis, distribution, or commercial operations. Proven experience in a distribution, FMCG, trading, or similar product-driven business environment. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory, including complex formulas, data analysis, and dashboard development. Strong hands-on experience with ERP systems is mandatory, particularly in sales reporting, inventory management, and operational analysis. Strong understanding of sales performance metrics, market analysis, product distribution, and inventory management. Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence tools is a strong advantage. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication, reporting, and cross-functional coordination skills. High attention to detail and ability to translate complex data into practical business recommendations.
